Tippy is a demur and unique medium-haired girl with brown spots in her beautiful bunny fur.  Slightly shy at first, she loves laps and to be held once she knows you.  She can get quite chatty while being doted on, and is polite, tidy, and easy to have around.  She enjoys daily "Tippy Time," where she gets dedicated attention and cuddling.
